- Technical competency – Core Java, J2EE ( JSP & Servelet are must)
- Experience on any one of the IDEs ( WSAD or RAD or Eclipse)
- Knowledge of the Frameworks ( Struts, Spring, Hibernate)
- Good Database Skills
- Exposure to Websphere Application Server (Desirable)
- Good communication skills
- Work Location - Pune
- Company - CMM Level 5 Company
